Once your staff is notified that a patient has screened positive for COVID-19 they are sent an alert. This alert prompts them to either:
If clinic is NOT testing for COVID-19:
Send referral for testing to the health department.
OR
If clinic is testing for COVID-19:
Put on proper PPE, test patient, and to connect with provider through our telemedicine platform.

Patients will also be able to access the screening tools directly from your website. When patients screen positive online, your staff are sent two alerts:
Front desk staff arenotified to send a referral for testing to the health department
AND
Providers are notified to initiate a telemedicine call with the patient. This telemedicine visit is a billable visit.
